This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Nocumentaries website, operated by Nocturnal Documentaries LLC.

Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on our website are made to order using print-on-demand services. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo evidence showing the damage or defect

  • Your order number

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost in transit due to a fulfillment or carrier error, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is the result of our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for a replacement due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited window after placement, before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
