How the Editing Process Works

  • Browse our available video editing services and contact us through the contact page with details about your project.

    Include:

    • Type of video (Reel, Short, promo, event recap, etc.)

    • Estimated length

    • Platform(s) it will be used on

    • Any deadlines or special requests

  • After receiving your inquiry, we will respond via email to schedule a consultation.

    During this consultation, we will:

    • Review your project goals

    • Discuss style, pacing, and creative direction

    • Confirm turnaround time and revisions

    • Provide a final project quote

  • Once project details are approved, you will receive a secure payment link to submit a 50% deposit.

    The deposit:

    • Confirms your booking

    • Secures your spot in the editing queue

    • Allows editing to begin

  • After the deposit is received, you will be given instructions on how to upload your footage.

    Footage can be sent via:

    • Google Drive

    • Dropbox

    • WeTransfer

    Please include:

    • Raw video files

    • Reference videos (optional)

    • Any notes or instructions

  • Editing begins once all footage and instructions are received.

    You will receive a preview of the edited video for review.

    Revisions are applied based on your selected service package.

  • After revisions are completed and the final edit is approved, a second secure payment link will be sent to collect the remaining 50% balance.

  • Once the final payment is received, your completed video will be delivered via download link in high-quality, ready-to-post format.

    • Turnaround times vary by project

    • Editing does not begin until the deposit is received

    • Final files are delivered after full payment

    • Additional revisions or rush requests may require additional fees
